Sudi in trouble for skipping court

Kapseret MP Oscar Sudi [Christopher Kipsang, Standard]

A Nakuru court has summoned Kapseret Member of Parliament Oscar Sudi after he failed to show up yesterday for a hearing in a case where he is charged with two counts of hate speech and one count of offensive conduct.

Daniel Karuri, the senior assistant Director of Public Prosecution, urged Senior Resident Magistrate Benjamin Limo to compel the lawmaker to attend court even as he sought for his arrest.
