MP tells court impostor tried to con him of Sh200,000

Magarini MP Michael Thoya yesterday told a Mombasa court that a man charged with impersonation tried to con him out of Sh200,000.

Mr Thoya (pictured) who testified before Chief Magistrate Ednah Nyaloti said Wesley Kipkemboi lied to him and to his brother Kilifi Governor Amason Kingi that he was attached to the anti-graft agency.
