Harambee Starlets coach David Ouma has called on her troops to be more ruthless in front of goal if they want to lift the ongoing 2019 Cecafa Women’s Championship title at Chamazi Stadium, Dar as Salaam, Tanzania.

Though the 2016 losing finalists made a perfect start to the tournament by seeing off Ethiopia 2-0 on Sunday, they had to wait until the second half for substitute Gentrix Shikangwa and Cynthia Shilwatso to break their Group B opponents’ resistance.
