The Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) officers yesterday arrested Willy Kipkoech Kosgey (silo manager, Kisumu), Renson Kibet Korir (silo manager, Eldoret), Thomas Kipkurgat Sang (extension officer, Soy Ward) and Jeremiah Omutsani Omwayi (deputy silo manager, Kisumu).
