An employee to Deputy Chief Justice (DCJ) Philomena Mwilu has been arrested for allegedly lying to police last year that he was abducted by people who wanted to know her residence.

Cosmas Mutua was arrested by police at Kilimani police station on Friday after the officers concluded his claims on November 8, 2017 were false.
