Shujaa took a commanding 35-0 lead at the breather as Taabu converted Cyprian Kuto’s try before he crossed the whitewash between the sticks for Kenya’s second.
Kenya were dealt a numerical blow when Eliakim Kichoi was sent to the sin-bin.
Despite playing a man less, Kenya who proved to be superior physically continued to stamp their authority as Homeboyz duo of Leonard Mugaisi and Michael Wanjala inked their names on the scoresheet with converted tries.
