Golf: Kenya on winning start against Uganda

Defending champions Team Kenya stamped their authority by beating rivals Uganda 4-0 in the foursomes of the first morning rounds of the 2018 Victoria Cup golf tournament.

The tournament began yesterday at the par 72 Vet Lab course in Nairobi yesterday. South African-based Kenyan Daniel Nduva, who partnered with his Nyali clubmate Agil Is Haq, teed off the start by beating Team Uganda pair of Adolf Muhumuza and David Kumulindwa 3/1 to earn one point. Deniss Sakwa, who teamed up with Mike Kisia defeated Becca Mwanja and Rodel Gaita 6/5. 

Then John Karichu and Paul Muchangi won 5/4 against Joseph Cwanyaai and Herman Mutebi.
