Trump administration announces global steel and aluminium tariffs

Chinese President Xi Jinping's top economic advisor Vice Premier Liu He will meet a top-level US trade delegation in Beijing this week, the Government has said.

 This comes amid a festering dispute between the world's two largest economies.
