Farah Maalim: I don’t need Raila or Uhuru blessings to be elected in Garissa County

Former Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly of Kenya Farah Maalim said that he does not need the blessings of President Uhuru Kenyatta or National Super Alliance (NASA) leader Raila Odinga to be elected in Garissa County.

“I have never in my entire political life lobbied for appointment, PM Raila's Coalition Government included and never will. I don't need Uhuru's or Raila's blessings to be elected in Garissa County. I contested for every position held including being DS. Guided by convictions only,” Farah Maalim posted on his twitter handle.
