Two Kenya Airways staff arrested at JKIA with narcotics

In a statement KQ said that the airline is aware of the incident and is working in tandem with the relevant authorities to get to the bottom of the matter. “Kenya Airways adheres to all laws and regulations in Kenya and the countries it operates in. In addition, all crew members are trained on these regulations and laws and are expected to adhere to them at all times,” the national carrier said. This is the second such incident to happen in less than a month involving KQ staff. Two weeks ago, two other cabin crew were arrested with drugs as they planned to depart to China. Police have intensified surveillance at the airport after it emerged trafficking is committed in collusion with airline staff.
