The Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) Keriako Tobiko has directed the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) to investigate parties alleged to have interfered with the August 8 presidential election.
Tobiko asked the DCI to probe Jubilee Party chief agent Davis Chirchir and six Safaricom staff.
