NAIROBI, KENYA: Petty thieves targeting car parts in traffic are back, residents claim. The residents say the thieves trail cars stuck in traffic or drivers not paying attention before breaking and taking off with the car parts.

The incident is most rampant along Mombasa Road especially at the Taj Mall roundabout.

"My car's rear wiper has been stolen while on traffic jam at the roundabout yesterday around 5pm. This pettytheft is now rampant at that spot," complained Patrick on social media.
