Governor elect and his deputy caught up in drama even before they are sworn in

There was drama during an event where Bungoma County Governor elect Wycliffe Wangamati gave his acceptance speech on Friday as the wife of his deputy ended up being dragged out of the venue on acting in protest saying she had been left out in the proceeds of the ceremony.

Mrs Hellen Nangekhe toiled to find her way through to the dais where her husband, Ngome Kibanani now deputy governor elect was introducing members of his family but she could not break the barrier manned by well-fed guards.
