Premier League clubs rake billions as the season comes to an end

As expected Chelsea is the highest earner but shockingly Tottenham Hotspur is fourth, despite finishing second on the log. Manchester City has taken the second place while Liverpool ties in fourth with Spurs.

Manchester United and Arsenal are fifth and sixth position respectively.

So how is the money dished out?

Prize money, as you'd expect, is give according to the final finishing position but doesn't make up the biggest income for teams.

Every club gets an even split of the massive TV rights pot from Sky Sports and BT Sport, which equals £84.4m, approx.(Ksh.11.3b) a piece.

They then get an additional minimum of £13.6m, approx. (Ksh.1.8b) plus £940,000 approx. (Ksh. 126.3m) per televised match.
