Jamleck claims rigging but will not appeal

Kigumo Member of Parliament

MP Jamleck Kamau

has said the gubernatorial seat primaries were flawed.

He said he does not believe he was fairly defeated, although he will not appeal. "I do observe that the wishes of the people of Murang'a were totally disrespected as the process was thoroughly flawed," he said.

He also claimed he had raised alarm over rigging plans but the Jubilee Party election board did not take action.

He added: "I am consulting my supporters before I decide the next cause of action".
