Lawyers have called for the arrest and prosecution of a man who allegedly killed his wife in a domestic quarrel.
Lawyers urged police to move with speed and arrest the man who is said to have thrown a paraffin stove at his wife last week.

LSK council member Anet Nyukuri said they would take up the matter to ensure the woman's family gets justice.

The suspect is alleged to have thrown a burning paraffin stove at his wife as she prepared the evening meal.

The stove is said to have exploded on her, starting a fire that also engulfed the house. Immediately after the stove exploded, the suspect is said have fled the scene, leaving his wife in the burning house.
