Coast region boys’ basketball defending champions Aga Khan Academy successfully retained the title as their girls’ relinquished the title to new champions.

The boys’ team retained the trophy after they dismissed Shimo La Tewa High School 76-44 to qualify for the Coast region games. En route to the final, Aga Khan hammered Ushindi 97-11 while Shimo La Tewa defeated former champions Baptist High School 53-38.
