Nestlé Kenya has reformulated its Nescafé 3in1, giving the product a creamier taste in a bid to tap into the country’s growing coffee consumption.
Speaking at the launch of the new 3in1, Nestlé East Africa’s Ciru Miring’u said consumption of coffee in Kenya had grown tremendously, with Nairobi now hosting 10 times more coffee outlets than it did five years ago. Globally, more than 5,500 cups of Nescafé, which was launched in 1938, are drunk each second.
