A man has been charged with attempted rape. He denied the charges and was released on Sh50,000 bond or Sh15,000 cash bail. His case will be heard on March 28, 2016.
In the same court, another man, Evans Wafula, was charged with house breaking, stealing and handling stolen property. Mr Wafula is accused of breaking into Benjamin Namajanja’s house between February 21 and 22, and stealing a television set valued at Sh76,000, three cellphones valued at Sh29,500. The case will be heard on March 28.
