A 21-year-old man has been jailed for life by a Ndhiwa court for defiling a pupil in baby class. Zacharia Kiboma was found guilty before Ndhiwa Senior Resident Magistrate Mary Ochieng’ of violating rights of the four-year-old minor.
The court heard that the accused had canal knowledge of the child at Ogandi village, Pala Koguta location in Ndhiwa Sub-county contrary to Sexual Offences Act on April 12, 2015.
