Nairobi, Kenya: Former Chairman of the Public Accounts Committee Ababu Namwamba has sued the National Assembly and the Powers and Privileges Committee.
Namwamba, who wants the court to stop the National Assembly from implementing the report said it was used as a sacrifice to clear the name of the already tainted House.
