CORD leaders underscore need for dialogue at Saba Saba rally

NAIROBI, KENYA: The much awaited Saba Saba rally which is organised by Coalition for Reform and Democracy (CORD) is underway at Uhuru Park, Nairobi.

CORD principals Raila Odinga, Kalonzo Musyoka and Moses Wetangula arrived, shortly after 2pm, to a rousing welcome from supporters and other leaders from the coalition.

ODM representatives who have addressed the crowd so far have emphasised on the need to hold dialogue. They have raised issues over rising cases of insecurity, tribalism in public appointments and failure by the government  to share resources of the country equitable.

So far Meru, Kericho, Uasin Gishu, and Narok representative have given their views.
