Man seeks justice from Chief Justice Willy Mutunga

Narok, Kenya: A man from Mulot, Narok South Sub-County wants the office of the Chief Justice and that of the Ombudsman to intervene in a case that has dragged on for 15 years.

Lemerian Ole Mojoi has accused the Office of the Registrar and that of the Prosecutor of frustrating his efforts to seek justice saying he has incurred huge losses because of the case.

Mr Mojoi first filed a case in 1999 at the High Court in Nairobi accusing the family of former Minister for State, the late Justus Ole Tipis, for attempting to disposes him of his 1,000 acres.

The case, was transferred to Nakuru High Court in 2008 and filed as HCCC No. 387 of 2008.
