GERMAN: A woman has reportedly been arrested after she bit down on a man’s lip during a fight, ripping it off and forcing him to undergo reconstructive surgery.
The incident took place at the Bacchanalian German festival Oktoberfest in September and footage of the alleged assault has only now been posted to LiveLeak.
