US explains why it abstained on ICC vote to postpone Kenyatta, Ruto’s case

NAIROBI, KENYA: The US government has given an explanation as to why it abstained on its vote at the recent United Nations Security Council 15 member that led to a failed bid to defer trials President Uhuru Kenyatta and Deputy William Ruto’s date at the International Criminal Court (ICC).
