NAIROBI, KENYA: ICC has rejected request by Deputy President William Ruto and radio journalist Joshua Sang for their cases to be heard in either Kenya or Tanzania.
The court decided in a plenary session that the commencement of the trial against William Ruto and Joshua Arap Sang will take place at the seat of the Court in The Hague, the Netherlands.
