Baringo, Kenya: Baringo Senator Gideon Moi has called on pastoral communities living in the county to embrace peaceful co-existence to realise development.

Gideon, who was speaking during a tour of Nadome and Riong’o areas in Tiaty, Baringo County, asked the Pokot, Tugen, Turkana and Ilchamus communities to avoid conflict in order for them to benefit from natural resources in the region.

The senator pledged to buy motorbikes for chiefs in the interior parts of Nadome area to ensure efficiency in dealing with security issues.
