Miriam Mapapa met the man of her dreams and cut short her secondary school education to settle with him in a ‘come we stay’ union.  

That was more than ten years ago when Charles Kimani stole her heart when she was barely 18 years old. They were both in the same high school. Miriam told The Nairobian: “It was just genuine love having met and studied together in Makueni’s Mulala High that was in 1998, he was in form four and I was in form two.”
