NAKURU: The National Authority for Campaign against Alcohol and Drug Abuse (NACADA) Chairman John Mututho has blamed poor sanitation for the increased cases of cholera in the county.
This came after two cholera cases were reported in Naivasha with 15 deaths already confirmed in the vast county.
