Ngando Primary School in Nyeri reopened

Ngando, Kenya: Learning has resumed at Ngando Primary School after an interdenominational cleansing ceremony was carried out on Monday.

The school was closed a week ago after a man, said to be mentally sick, was shot dead in front of the children as he attempted to attack Ndia MP Stephen Ngari with a machete when the legislator visited the school.
