Despite the club owning a fully furnished apartment which was donated to the club by Nairobi governor Evans Kidero, head coach Frank Nuttall continues to stay in a hotel.
This is because former coach Bobby Williamson who was hired by Harambee Stars has not moved from the house allocated to him by Gor Mahia, which leaves us thinking – where is Bobby Williamson as the national team head coach, supposed to stay?
Gor Mahia Deputy Secretary General Ronald Ngala said they have not been told by Football Kenya Federation (FKF) when the house will be available for Nuttall's use.
“The federation continues to pay for the accommodation costs of Nuttall, who is staying in a house allocated to our coach. We are still waiting to know when our coach can move in,” he said.

JUST TWO WINS TO GLORY

With just four matches to go, perhaps many fans are wondering how many wins Gor Mahia need to land the 2014 title. Well, Sofapaka are the main title contenders with four points behind K’Ogalo and that means, all focus should be on them.
It’s never too early to dial calculator’s button because there are only 12 points to play for and only two teams are realistically hopeful for the title.
Here we go; If Gor Mahia win their weekend fixture against Mathare United at City stadium, then pull a win against Sofapaka, it will be a done deal. This is because the farthest Sofapaka can go is 59 points and if Gor Mahia beat them, their ambitions will be cut to just 56 points and with those two wins, K’Ogalo will have 57 points with two matches left.
That answers the question how many wins Gor Mahia need to defend the title. If K'Ogalo drop points in those two matches, then it means a different thing all together because Sofapaka also have an equal chance to win the league.
