OLYMPICS: Kenyan rowers in early preps for Rio

Kenyan rowers have started early preparations for the 2016 Rio Olympic Games. Kenya Rowing and Canoe Association Secretary Seif Patwa said the association would be organising monthly Indoor Ergometer Machine Competitions to keep the rowers fit for the forthcoming Olympic Games. “In order to maintain the momentum towards Kenya’s qualifications to the 2016 Rio Olympic Games in Rowing and Canoeing, we shall be organising monthly Indoor Ergometer machine Competitions in Mombasa starting on Saturday at the Tudor Water Sports Marina,” said Patwa.
