CSs are not village elders, Ruto to those thanking him for picking CSs from their communities

President William Ruto has told Kenyans that Cabinet Secretaries in his government will serve all Kenyans equally regardless the ethnic community that an individual CS comes from.

He said this on Sunday, October 16 during an interdenominational church service in Kericho after a section of leaders thanked him for picking CSs from their communities.
