Controversial Congolese music maestro Koffi Olomide who was recently deported from Kenya for assaulting his female dancer at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, has arranged to stage a grand concert tomorrow at the Stade Velodrome in Kinshasa for free. He will follow it up with another free gig on Sunday at the Invest Hotel starting at 5 pm. The Sunday show will be free for women.
"I have always loved and respected women regardless of what transpired since they have always been my number one fans and the reason for my being," he said.
Meanwhile, Olomide has gone ahead to state that he intends to work with his dancer Pamela, contrary to various reports that he had intentions of firing her.
"We have no bad blood between us. After all she is one of my best dancers and I do not want to let her go," added Koffi.
