“Last week, I boarded Embassava Sacco mathree (KBH 467 C) that was plying Donholm and City Cabanas route. I was heading to City Cabanas and the conductor told us it was only Sh20. I gave him Sh100 and when I asked for my change, he (rudely) asked me to be patient,” she wrote.
She added that, “When I was about to alight he claimed I had not given him any money. He started insulting me and since I had no energy to argue, I dropped the matter. They sped off. I am really angry that he bluntly refused with my money,” she said.
We hope Embassava Sacco management are reading this and will deal with the matter.
