“Last week, I boarded Embassava Sacco mathree (KBH 467 C) that was plying Donholm and City Cabanas route. I was heading to City Cabanas and the conductor told us it was only Sh20. I gave him Sh100 and when I asked for my change, he (rudely) asked me to be patient,” she wrote.
