Let’s make this delicious and very healthy overnight oats with chia seeds and a fruit.

What you will need:

1 heaped tablespoon of chia seeds

3 tablespoons instant oats

200ml milk

1 teaspoon honey

200g diced dragon fruit

What to do:

Place the chia seeds and instant oats in a bowl, add the milk, mix well and place in the fridge to soak for about 6 hours or overnight if you like.

When ready to eat, dice the fruit and place the pieces on top of the oats, add any extra fruit of your choice, drizzle with the honey and enjoy this delicious treat that is so healthy and good for your gut.
