The Bungoma pastor who ‘prophesied’ the termination of Uhuru Kenyatta’s case at the ICC now wants to dine with the president.

Patrick Wafula, 57, says he wants to meet the president since God has shown him more prophesies.

In January, Wafula, who hails from Kimilili, claimed God had shown him in a vision that Uhuru, William Ruto and Joshua Arap Sang’s cases will be terminated due to lack of evidence.

This came to pass and he now says he has more good news for the head of state.

“It was revealed to me in a vision on the night of January 1 this year that they will be set free. There is no way that the living God will allow President Uhuru and his Deputy William Ruto, His anointed leaders, to be humiliated before the world,” said Wafula, after leading mass at his Third Exodus Church in Matili.

He explained that he has written letters to the Office of the President seeking audience with Uhuru in vain.

“I am appealing to the President, if he is reading this story, to let me meet him and reveal to him what God has shown me in visions,” said the pastor, who refused to divulge what he wants to share with the head of state.

He claimed the message he has will assist Uhuru steer the country to greater heights.

The father of 18 claims to have predicted during a prayer rally in Bungoma that was attended by Uhuru and Ruto in the run-up to the last general elections, that the duo will form the government.

“I had a vision on February 24, 2013 that Uhuru and his running mate Ruto will emerge victorious in the presidential elections. I went to Bungoma Posta grounds, where together with other clerics from the county, prayed for the two leaders as they were campaigning in the area,” he said.

Among other prophesies which Pastor Wafula’s wife Rhoda Nasimiyu confirms he predicted and came true, include the fall of Kanu government in 2002, and the death of vice president Michael Kijana Wamalwa in August 2003, among others.
