A boda boda operator has denied that he touched his customer’s breasts on Mombasa Road.
Dennis Mose, 29, allegedly touched the breasts of a 15-year-old student as payment for a ride on his bike on August 24 near General Motors bus stop.
The court heard that the suspect forcefully touched her breasts, urging her to oblige instead of paying Sh50 fare from school to her Imara Daima home.
Police said the accused told the student that she had “nice breasts.” And while she was alighting, the suspect, who was allegedly sitting on his motorbike, slipped his hand under her blouse and touched her.
Mose allegedly asked her to accept the gesture and keep the money.
In his defence, Mose told the magistrate: “I usually pick the student nearly everyday. On that day, I just told her she had nice breasts, but did not touch her. She was just leaning on me like any other passenger.” He was set free on a Sh50,000 bail. His trial begins on October 3.
