After all the glitz and glamour that dominated her crowning last month, newly bestowed Miss World Kenya Idah Nguma has gone into business; doing charity with Smile Train, a charity organization that devotes to cleft treatment.
On Wednesday, together with her Miss World Kenya team, the beauty was in Meru giving a smile to children who cannot eat or cannot sleep properly as they suffer cleft lips.
“This is my Beauty with a Purpose project, ensuring that every baby born in rural Kenya with a cleft lip is treated,” she told Pulse as she witnessed many get their looks transformed.
