Mwende Pulse: If you were to get him a different stage name, what would it be? Mwende: I would call him Clemmo Msafi, because he likes Diamond and his swag a lot so that name would complement him.

P: What is the funniest comment he ever received on air? M: Some lady was hitting on Clemmo on air then she asked atampeleka out lini (when he’d take her out). For a minute there, he was dumbfounded.

P: If he were not a radio presenter he would probably be... M: He would be a struggling artiste, always trying to reach for the spotlight and chilling out with the top celebrities as a groupie.

P: Who talks the most on air? M: I do. Clemmo likes being smooth with the ladies so he always tries to be modest and calm while on air

P: What is his ideal type of girlfriend? M: He likes ladies with light complexion and big behinds, the kind that he can floss to his friends

P: What do you think his high school personality was like? M: He likes to party, so he must have been those students who always sneak out of school.

P: What would be his worst date? M: Truphena of Housewives of Kawangware would make for a very stubborn date. Clemmo would simply sit, play dumb and stare at her.

P: What pick-up lines would Clemmo pull on a chic? M: “Oya sister! Naku-mindi” meaning that he loves her. He really loves that Taita swag.

Clemo P: If you were to get Mwende a different stage name what would it be? Clemmo: I’d call her Wakatimba because of her Kamba roots. She is always on the move. Ken wa Maria can explain her situation better.

P: What is the funniest comment she ever received on air? C: One of the callers told her “Mwende acha uchoyo na ushike simu mingi. Si wewe unapiga!”, on air because she could not pick all the calls. That one really got us laughing.

P: If she were not a radio presenter, she would probably be... C: She would be one of the modern day female touts because she is so loud and has a very high convincing power. Actually, the matatu industry needs more people like her.

P: Who talks the most on air? C: Mwende. I think she can talk for the whole day non-stop. I also think she is already used to it because talking that much is no joke.

P: What is her ideal type of boyfriend? C: I think Kativoi, that Kamba artiste would be her ideal type of guy because they both have locks and they seem to like the same dancing styles. Then again, he would be singing about her.

P: What do you think her high school personality was like? C: She must have been those washamba girls in the Christian Union back in high school, but once she left, she realised that there is a whole new world, and she opened up to it.

P: What pick-up lines would Mwende pull on a guy? C: “Niaje, niko na form! Twende out” because she always likes going out so any plan to get her to go turning up would always impress her
