After word went round that radio personalities Shaffie Weru and Kalekye Mumo would move to host a morning breakfast show from their usual Drive Show, many wondered whether Shaffie especially would be able to handle this new challenge. Even more, if he would be an early riser considering his partying history.
To support her own Caroline Mutoko paved way for this new duo, re-assured fans all would be well, because the two were bigger than “radio presenters”, they were “personalities.”
As if to affirm that and further deepen the question whether Shaffie would make it to early for morning shows, word reaching us is that Shaffie now has a new club dubbed “The Vault”.
The swanky club is located along Baricho Road and the recent event held there was the “MCSK Awards Gala briefing”, which saw veterans and upcoming artistes from both the secular and gospel fields meet up for discussion.
So far, the club’s hype is still building up and word is that Radio Maisha’s Jalang’o may be a partner in this business venture. That said, we shall let you know how this new business venture turns out , plus any drama that shall ensue in that club because best believe, there shall be some.
