Egyptian news outlet KingFut.com reported that a media representative of the club confirmed the sad news to the press.

There are no rules against playing football with the condition but it’s unlikely Nlend would be able to get a work permit in another nation.

The promising star has been capped five times by Cameroon, scoring in January’s African Cup of Nations competition before securing a summer move to the Egyptian Premier League club.
