Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has hinted Theo Walcott could be shown the Emirates exit door at the end of this season.

The England forward has fallen down the pecking order with the Gunners, failing to start a Premier League game since February, report the Daily Mail.

Wenger admitted Walcott's future is uncertain prior to yesterday's draw at Sunderland, which mathematically ended Arsenal's title hopes.

Asked whether the flier could leave, Wenger said: "I don't know yet.

"I'm not in transfer mode at the moment but I think he has gone through a bad spell."
