Airtel launches Sh20 bundle for data, voice, SMS services

NAIROBI: Airtel has introduced a new bundle for voice, SMS and data services on its network. The bundle will cost Sh20, with 24-hour validity and comes packaged with 20MB of data, 20 SMSs and six minutes of calls to any network. Customers on this bundle will also get free access to Facebook, Twitter and WhatsApp should they exhaust the 20MBs of data within the subscription period The company also introduced new weekly and monthly bundles on its UnlimiNet plan.

For Sh50, customers get 10 free minutes of voice calls to any network, 50 free SMSs and 65MB of data weekly. “The UnlimiNet bundle plans are based on emerging consumer insights and trends that show a substantial increase in data usage,” said Airtel CEO Adil El Youssefi.
