Almost a month ago, Kenyans were united by a simple hash tag, #1milliforJadudi. The story of Emmanuel Otieno, better known as Jadudi, touched hearts of many and the campaign ended up receiving donations of up to Ksh 6 million.
The Africa Cancer Foundation (ACF) reported that Jadudi is on a steady path to recovery after undergoing a successful brain surgery to remove the cancerous tumor. The surgery reportedly took 4 hours and courageous Jadudi was out of the ICU, contrary to the surgeons’ estimation of 24 hours.
CEO of ACF, Zawadi Nyong’o has been religiously updating Kenyans on Jadudi’s progress through twitter.
Jadudi is back to twitter, also updating his fellow Kenyans on his progress and road to recovery.
