Moses Kuria wants Kidero, Khalwale sued over recent chaos

Gatundu South MP Moses Kuria said he would conduct private prosecution against Nairobi Governor Evans Kidero and Kakamega Senator Boni Khalwale if they are not tried.

Gatundu South MP Moses Kuria has urged the National Cohesion and Integration Commission (NCIC) to prosecute Nairobi Governor Evans Kidero and Kakamega Senator Boni Khalwale for allegedly mobilising ethnic groups that caused chaos at Milimani courts.

Kuria, who is himself in trouble with the Francis Kaparo-led commission over alleged hate utterances, warned that he would conduct private prosecution against the two, if they are not tried.
