An upcoming make-up artist has accused gospel musician of sexually harassing her. Susan Makali, who once featured on KTN’s dating show, Are You My Type, blasted the Ringtone on her Instagram page claiming that he was not an authentic gospel artiste.
In her Instagram post to @ringtoneapoko, Susan accuses the gospel artiste of touching her when he gave her a lift.
“...Let me refresh your memory, remember that time you gave me a lift in the name of ‘kusaidia’ and along the way you started touching my thighs telling me how smooth they were and almost made me fly out of the window and insisting to come to my place for lunch...” read a section of her long post which Ringtone did not shy away from responding to.
“He suggested that I should put my handbag on the backseat of his car in order to get comfortable. I wasn’t wearing a very short dress, but my knees were visible”.
Susan further alleges that Ringtone borrowed Sh500 from her to fuel his car.
But why did it take her too long to speak out?
“It has been bothering me for a while and when I saw his photos on Instagram claiming he is interested in inspiring students, I decided to tell him off. I’m doing this to save other women out there,” Susan said, adding that she has not reported the matter to any authorities because of the little confidence she has in them.
When reached for comment, Ringtone brushed us off and warned Heads Up to never call him about such issues.
“I don’t control the Internet and don’t ever call me about such issues again!” he seethed before hanging up on us. He later called us claiming that Heads Up has been paid to ruin his otherwise good reputation.
“Tell whoever is paying you to spoil my name to go on. I don’t know why you are determined to write negative things about me,” The Pamela hit singer said.
