Top Nigerian artiste, 2face Idibia, revealed he is 1000% sure that his late father, Pa Michael Idibia, is in heaven.

The ‘If love is a crime’ singer lost his dad to prostate cancer in August 2014. They had a very healthy father-son relationship, and the celebrated star has lots of nice things to say about Pa.

“My Dad is the kindest human being I have ever encountered in my life. The most trouble-free person. If he hasn’t made it to heaven, then nobody in this world will make it to heaven. I believe that 1000%,” 2face told My Africa Podcast, in an interview.

The ‘African queen’ singer also revealed his consolation thought, stating he finds solace in believing his late dad resides in heaven.

“I definitely miss him. I take consolation in the fact that, he is in a better place; heaven.”

With his father gone, 2baba admits that Pa Michael left a hollow gap in his life, and that he constantly fills it up by living a socially appropriate life, and aspiring each day to be a better person.

“I fill the void by living a life that dad will not look down on me and be disappointed. I do that by constantly checking myself; asking: “What would my Dad think?”
