Nairobi, Kenya: Newly appointed national Sevens caretaker coach Felix ‘Toti’ Ochieng has said he will build on the structures laid down by former tactician Paul Treu in building a successful team for the future.
Ochieng, who was appointed coach for the rest of the season after Treu stepped down, said he can only build on the structures set up by his predecessor.
