Kakamega Governor Wycliffe Oparanya’s mother - Phanice Amunga Ambetsa has died, aged 86. The governor confirmed that his mother had died yesterday afternoon.
“She fell sick early this year and she was diagnosed with mild stroke which paralysed her left side of the body,” said Mr Oparanya.
